About Our Pastor




Rev. Lemuel W. Woodson Jr. has been preaching since acknowledging the call to minister the gospel in 2012. He was licensed to minister the gospel in 2014, and ordained in 2020. He served as an Associate Pastor at Service Baptist Church in Philadelphia, PA for several years and as Executive Pastor at Connection Church Philly, for one year. Rev. Woodson is blessed to serve as Pastor of Kingdom Culture Christian Center, located in East Norriton, PA.

Prior to preaching the gospel, Pastor Woodson served as an ordained deacon at New Central Baptist Church, Philadelphia, PA and as a trustee at Enon Tabernacle Baptist Church, Philadelphia, PA.

Pastor Woodson is a native of Philadelphia, PA. He studied at Granoff School of Music, Murrell Dobbins Vocational Technical High School, Art Institute of Pittsburgh, New Life Bible Institute (Norristown Campus), and Transfiguration Theological Seminary, where he was conferred the degree of Bachelor of Arts in Bible and Ministry.

A Distinguished Toastmaster and effective communicator, he continues to competently promulgate the message of our Chief Ambassador, Jesus Christ. Known for his practical and engaging teaching style, Pastor Woodson is intentional about helping others identify and understand their purpose and giftedness. It is equally important to him that he teach individuals how to apply Kingdom principles, set right priorities and benefit from all the applied rights and privileges inherited as an engaged citizen of the Kingdom.

Pastor Woodson continues to serve and has been affiliated with a number of area associations and foundations; Chick-fil-A Leader Academy (Former Operating Facilitator), Director of Training and Development, Chick-fil-A East Norriton, Kiwanis International, East Norriton (Founding Member), East Norriton Police Department (Roll Call Prayer Partner), FBI Citizens Academy, Philadelphia, PA (Member), and Harambee Foundation (Board Chairman)

He and his wife, Joanne are the proud parents of four adult sons, Lemuel III, a Pastor serving in Pittsburgh, PA, Richard Thomas, a graphic designer and photographer, serving out of New York, NY, Matthew Lawrence, a band leader and music teacher, serving in Lancaster, PA and Joseph Isaac, a biochemist and sales manager, serving in Baltimore, Maryland. They are also the proud grandparents of three very blessed, beautiful and wonderful granddaughters, JoHanna Mae, Beatrix Elise and Veronica Rose.
